Chef Kristen Thibeault is considered one of the pioneers of the modern plant-forward food movement. A nationally recognized vegan chef since 2012, Kristen founded one of the first plant-forward personal chef delivery companies in the country. Having served over three million meals nationally, she is a leading authority in plant-focused food.

Chef Kristen's farm to fork style focuses on plant-forward dishes that are locally sourced and inspired from global travels in South America, Europe and Africa. Chef Kristen believes food is nourishment for both the body and the soul. Each of her recipes is created with the intention to satisfy cravings, heal bodies and fuel lives.

Guided by a passion to end the growing food inequity in our country, Chef Thibeault founded The Patra Project in 2016, a non-profit that gives at-risk children and their families access to healthy food in urban food deserts through Nybll’s embedded meal donation program.
